1. Acceptance of Terms and User Consent

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 368e, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 368e platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 368e as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

This platform is only accessible to individuals who are aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that using betting services is lawful in your location.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Identity Verification

Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the 368e platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 368e reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your MyKad or passport — at any time to confirm the legitimacy of your account.

Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice, with any remaining funds in those accounts subject to forfeiture.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 368e will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the 368e support team immediately by email at [email protected] and change your password immediately.

3. Payments, Transactions, and Funds in Malaysian Ringgit

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 368e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the deposit page, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the transaction page and is subject to change from time to time. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name, and successful identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

368e is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors that are beyond our control.

Fund Freezing and Transaction Review

368e reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, users may be required to provide additional supporting documents before the transaction can proceed.

All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of a technical error officially acknowledged by 368e. Any refund claim arising from a technical error must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the transaction in question.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

Users of the 368e platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
  • Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the platform through cyberattacks, hacking, or similar methods.
  • Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership to a third party in any form.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
  • Registering an account using false information, another person's identity, or falsified documents.
  • Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair gain; any such occurrence must be reported to 368e immediately.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

368e reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim the return of any funds withheld as part of an investigation. 368e's decision in such matters is final.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 368e support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.

5. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Platform Liability

368e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or loss of data.

368e's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 368e platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 368e and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from 368e.

6. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law

Amendments to Terms

368e reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Third-Party Links

The 368e platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 368e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
